The Artist
Oryan brings life into his art with his unprecedented Liquid Fusion technique, utilizing multiple layers of paint, crystals, quartz and translucent micas to create explosions of color resulting in a highly textured canvas with a gloss finish. This combination of artistic talent and technique has created the stunning results you see here today while delighting collectors from around the world.
It is extremely rare that an artist invents an entirely new method to convey his inner vision on to canvas. Oryan’s Liquid Fusion is an exceptional technique that amazes everyone who sees it.
Tree of Life Series
The “Tree of Life Series” is the earliest expression of Oryan’s self-discovered “Liquid Fusion” technique. In a complex world of constant interactions and demands, he shows a life pared down to one entity - one tree. Each tree representing personal growth and experience; the various paths taken as we forge ahead in life both individually and as a family. Sometimes the movement is straight up with steadfast ambition, sometimes gently twisting, but regardless of the shape, life moves forward with undeniable energy.
Whether viewed as one person, or one family, the “Tree of Life” is meant to define and inspire.
GAIA SERIES
Some very esoteric freethinkers believe that the Earth is a self-regulating, conscious entity where everything interconnects and constantly interacts to keep the planet growing and functioning. This theory is called Gaia (guy-ah) from which Oryan takes inspiration from.
His “Gaia Series”; a suite of paintings that brings nature, wildlife and the human figure together in a beautiful, artistic fashion. A natural progression from the “Tree of Life Series”, in the “Gaia Series” you will see various individual elements of this world mysteriously connect in magical proximity, creating an incredible sense of the possible and the unknown.
Birds of Paradise
The newest series of paintings by Oryan is a collection of Birds of Paradise inspired by feedback from his collectors. In this series we see Oryan move to bright and bold colors, a move away from his earth tones seen in many of his earlier works. These works show how his refinement of his liquid fusion technique is applied to many different forms creating visions never seen before.
